My primary goal is to assess and report on the marketing methods that are working, based on the activity level of prospective buyers and feedback from both agents and buyers. Communication is always a two way conversation, as a partner in this process, your opinions, concerns and ideas are an integral part of our sales strategy. Changes may be necessary to achieve our goal of getting you to the settlement table. We may need to adjust price, or the intensity and frequency of our promotional efforts in order to get you an agreement of sale that meets your timeframe and financial goals.
