Digital marketing is a great tool, but only part of an overall marketing plan for your home.  After your home is listed, I will start traditional sales methods that have proven to be effective.  I will customize a mix of promotional methods that are not only appropriate for your home, but also comfortable for you personally.  Some of these may include:

Our sales process has one goal, to get you an acceptable Agreement of Sale that will lead to the settlement table. Throughout the sales process, I will communicate with you on a regular basis.  My primary goal is to assess and report on the marketing methods that are working, based on the activity level of prospective buyers and feedback from both agents and buyers.  Communication is always a two way conversation, as a partner in this process, your opinions, concerns and ideas are an integral part of our sales strategy.  Changes may be necessary to achieve our goal of getting you to the settlement table.  We may need to adjust price, or the intensity and frequency of our promotional efforts in order to get you an agreement of sale that meets your timeframe and financial goals.

Beyond “the Basics” …


Any agent can (and should) do “the Basics”.  If you already went through “My Story” you know that I used my MBA in a wide range of marketing positions and that I received the National Association of Realtors ePro designation. And that I rely heavily on digital  marketing and social media to promote listings.


First, I develop a formal 60 day marketing plan  to sell your house.  This includes a combination of “tradional “ real estate sales methods ,  Fox & Roach’s Digital Home Marketing System, and take it a step further by designing a custom digital and Social Media campaign just for your listing using a combination of digital web based marketing and a complete Social Media plan that  might include Facebook Advertising , Instagram and LinkedIn posts .
